Salary package is too meagre..they won't give appraisal on time , infrastructure is not good/enough to work,So much of work pressure,Target will be given beyond the limit...won't give branding/support to create leads as we expected..

I was a centre manager there..I have to handle 2 counsellors & office assistants, Batch planning,trainers arrangements,Drive the team to achieve the target & all..

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
