The work environment is good and team mates are very supportive. The management is very transparent they inform us everything what they are expecting with us. We have always received the salary in time , also the reimbursement amount has been cleared immediately after submitting the bills. We get our increment every year in time as per our performance.

Nothing is there , only thing we need mediclaim insurance for all the sales team which will be beneficial to each family members.

Achievement base they will provide you salary. Exceptional set up is not there even what they have strategy long time survival it's be too difficult for current market position. There have no good perks for employee as well as for distributor also. Only they want business else nothing

One of the worst company till date I have ever worked. Company believes in hire & fire method a lot. HR will convey to their new joinee employee, that employee are not satisfactory as per company. They will deduct 50% of salary as well as expenses from the very 1st month.

i am an active member of our sales team & i am happy with my assignment & grateful to the management for providing an opportunity to learn & contribute. i find it horrible that some ex-members of our amogha team are indulging in posting hate mail against the management. As i know these were the same people who were praising the management while with us & now after losing the job, they are saying "Bad Management, worst company" etc. Let me clarify that there is no problem with management. These guys lost their jobs as they could not deliver & many of them had fraudulent intentions. They wanted to collect the salary month after month without doing any work. Now they want to show their anger against the management by making absurd allegations. The management is not unduly worried about these false allegations because when you run a business you get all types of employees. Likes: world class product.
