a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

But on-site travel is completely dependent on sir,me and client's location. I proud with my work and client's. The work pressure is very high.i haved to work 12-15 hours straight in a dau as i have to attend client calls in morning or evening.i worked as architecture and approvals dwg frm GVMC in vizag. My clients felt happy with my works and communication.i training some juniors in my company.
