This company is good growing on logistics field. I spend 11 month in this company as associate software developer. I got change to learn on existing logistics application which developed with Delphi technology. Management team always supported and motivated to me for enhancement new module on the existing application. Director & CEO is very helpful and supportive . His behavior and nature is good. Work environment is good....Read More

Dislikes

Appraisal wise is not good. Company have policy to give increment yearly basis but it increase max to max 10 to 12 % of the employee salary. some of the employee salary is not good in year. Attendance policy is also not good.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
