Poor salary and no growth and company politics is alot. No growth as per performance no appreciation of good work. 1-3 years (5% increment), 3-5 (7.5%) and 5 and above (10%)

You can secured you job here but carear growth no chance, company police is in old ethic based no upgrading in work culter as well as system too. Over all company is good. Salary and bonus is paid on time or before time.

Dislikes

Too much politics by team mates and nerrow minded thinking of senior engineers . Salary growth as well as carear growth is slow or no chance.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
