No work life balance in R&D and all other department. Mental harrasment and toxic work culture. HR behaviour is very rude.. force to give good review in ambition box.Do not join company if you are coming from good organisation .No fix timing to leave .always force you to work even after your shift.

Celebration of all festival, cherr-up to employees, learning Training program And the most important is our leader Mr. Girish sir bcs he always think about Ground level working person, Thankyou sir.

I think some where working strategy is required to change bcs we have work for Human health and then for our Dream US business. One more thing sudden lots of development and investment decrease disturb our current ir future budget. So contro of money is very important .

Such a horrible experience it was. Not getting followed proper documentation and GMP. they are just looking for the production. There is not safety getting followed for casual and officer. Non supportive staff and always experienced of partiality. The management behaviour is very rude they also used abuses language for junior employees. such a toxic experience I have faced. I would like to suggest new job Seekers please think twice before join the company. I have also seen that an employee behaved very rude with other employees they can also reached beating other employee. Very toxic environment please I am requesting do not join for the money.
