Food, good & safe transportation, PF, medical insurance, safety equipments etc. •No proper timings to work. •No overtime pay, gratuity, leave encashment. •No medication provided even 2 rupees bandage is not provided. •No labour laws followed eg. There are many minors working in fectory. •No increment No promotion. •No joining letter No id card provided. •No uniform No safety shoes provided. •No trainings provided. Eg.- fire safety, on job trainings. •Building condition is very poor, No ventilation, No cooling system. •No fire system installed in factory Even the fire extinguishers are not available in required quantity. •Work culture is very poor. •There are many persons working in the factory at higher level are don't know using of flush after using the washroom. •No guidelines or work instructions provided. •Etc.......Read More
