I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

full of politics because of that i loose my job.boss is gud person,some ppl are not good.otherwise lovely place to work.i enjoyed working there.and they do in favor of whom they like and uppraisal also.. slow growth and no work pressures . peaceful and satisfied work.
