They treated their employees like servant. No working culture and no job security. Hr clearly say that nothing is in her hand and they can’t take any action against leadership as it’s a so called product based company. Our team complained about the leadership to the VP and in return they removed all of our team members.

The work culture is great. Cab facility is provided. Being in Tech i have always had work life balance. The amount of paid leaves are great. Good people around.

Dislikes

Now they have given low appraisal hikes and salary structure can be better. Apart from cab and salary no other benefits are there. The firm does not organize cultural events to engage employees. Even on festivals nothing happens so it is boring specially that time.

It is one of the worst paying company with zero work life balance. Worst for women employees because either you get married or plan to have a baby your promotion n hike will go for a toss.

Employees are always slogging beyond their work hrs almost everytime just to meet their standards. 100% productivity is treated as nothing. You need to have atleast 150% productivity just to be eligible for a 4 rating. Very bad work culture with poor compensation benefits.
