The best part about working at AIS is undoubtedly my team. Their support and collaboration make every day rewarding. Apart from that, there’s nothing in particular I like about AIS.
Dislikes
I had the opportunity to work at AIS Gurgaon and would like to share my observations regarding the workplace environment. Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by several concerning issues that significantly impacted employee morale and the overall organizational culture.
One of the most troubling aspects is the evident favoritism and partiality, particularly against the operations team. Employees in this team often feel marginalized and treated as outcasts. Higher-ups from other departments frequently look down on them, leading to their exclusion from various workplace activities. Even when they participate in office events or competitions, there is often a lack of fair judgment in deciding winners. This neglect extends to professional aspects as well—the operations team’s salaries are significantly below market standards, with no extra perks or bonuses. Appraisals are extremely low, there is little to no recognition for their performance, and opportunities for growth or promotion are almost nonexistent.
Adding to these concerns is the pervasive issue of workplace harassment. While I do not wish to name individuals, it is evident that higher management bears responsibility for allowing such behavior to persist. Instead of addressing complaints and fostering a safe and inclusive work environment, management often supports individuals—sometimes their own relatives—who are involved in such actions. This creates a toxic work culture where employees feel unsafe and unsupported.
Further compounding the issue is the lack of flexibility provided to the operations team. While other teams are offered work-from-home or hybrid shift options, such accommodations are denied to the operations team, which creates a further sense of inequality and neglect. Another concerning practice is the misleading nature of the hiring process for the operations team. Candidates are often told they are being hired for positions such as Financial Analyst, but in reality, the work is purely operational. This lack of transparency sets unrealistic expectations and leaves employees feeling misled.
The operations team, in particular, bears the brunt of this environment. They are not only underappreciated but also face inequity and a lack of professional respect. This has led to a workplace atmosphere marked by distrust, low morale, and dissatisfaction.
It is essential for organizations to ensure fairness, equity, and respect for all employees, regardless of their department or role. I sincerely hope AIS Gurgaon takes these concerns seriously and implements constructive changes to create a more inclusive, supportive, and respectful work environment. Such measures are crucial for fostering employee well-being and ensuring the organization's long-term success....Read More

My team is the only thing which I like the most. Except that this company is just like hell
Dislikes
I worked in operations team and while working i experienced that there is no respect for operations in this company. IT managers like Priyanka Dalal and many others do not involve operations in any activities or any tour they plan. No one ask operations in AIS . They will keep saying that we all are a family but I think operations are not a part of it. Stay away from this company . Take time and you will find a better one because you deserve better than this. Keep doing hard work and stay safe....Read More
