In this company I like about only for limited work purpose because in 6 months employee is already know that job security and company policies are very bad

Dislikes

Very disappointing for saying culture is very bad and if you new in this company none other employee to teach you how to work and company policies are only for management and if you would to go in some Qc and other post politics are very bad in this company . HR only select management choices person for those post.

I struggled a lot in the beginning and present . I learnt everything on the job. I do not got a chance for promotion and this not help me to work here for long time .

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
