*No TARGET pressure. Your manager will never call u for sales or anything. My manager is use to be at his home max of the time and he use to say it to his juniors too. Management is tooooooooo lethargic. *Join this company, and relax , take retirement.

*no career growth *Lot of politics *Try join different company if possible.. this is worst company to work for. *I have given my 1.9 years to this company and i truly regret it. *Nothing to like in this company. If u will work, u will end up saying ur manager is fraud. (No harsh words, but this is not a good company to work. Give ur time to a company where u can grow and learn something.)

Brand has low demand and acceptance in the market. So pushing it in the market will be a big task but u will not get any pressure from management side because they are lethargic.

AMCO was doing trading by procuring from TAFE, as because of same group company, so always it was headed by TAFE officials from 2015 onwards.

Dislikes

AMCO Batteries already closed their business from 31st March 2022 onwards.

It was fabulous. I joined 2001 in service as an Executive and then transferred to sales. Then in 2020, I was assigned for National service heads along with sales and network growth program for pan India.
