*No TARGET pressure. Your manager will never call u for sales or anything. My manager is use to be at his home max of the time and he use to say it to his juniors too. Management is tooooooooo lethargic. *Join this company, and relax , take retirement.

If u will work, u will end up saying ur manager is fraud. (No harsh words, but this is not a good company to work. Give ur time to a company where u can grow and learn something.)

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
