Amco, a self development organisation, the colleagues are very much co-operative, soft spoken and helpful specially of HO colleagues at Chennai even the top most persons of the company (i.e. CEO/AVP) their behavier is unforgotable, equally keep their attention to all the staff equally hence we are assured for our job satisfaction. As per the norms the company never disregard any individual expenses like travel/telephone etc. Being such a friendly atmosphere inside the company the person can learn more and he can develop his skill as well. With these few lines the chapter cant be completed about Amco Batteries Limited we have to keep on writing of the positive side of the company which is a never ending story. Regarding politics - the branch level offices should be require more control to create peaceful atmosphere/good working environment which will help for grow of sales
