Extremely professional organization. You are encouraged to learn and grow. I started as a fresher and whatever I am today is because what I learnt here. Salaries are best in the industry. Employees are treated like family. During covid and lockdown when everyone was terminating their employees here all employees go full salaries. Any problem you face -professional or personal it is taken care of.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. Absolutely nothing...even the office boy won't listen to you because he has the support of the management.

Dislikes

Worst place I have ever worked. They deduct 10% amount from your salary in the name of TDS but never deposit the same. Management is so negative and do not treat their employees nicely. They misbehave with their employees. Exposurewise, it's also a worst place. They will give you a hell lot matters relating to IBBI and ICAI which is really not relevant for a lawyers career.
