Absolutely nothing...even the office boy won't listen to you because he has the support of the management.

Dislikes

Worst place I have ever worked. They deduct 10% amount from your salary in the name of TDS but never deposit the same. Management is so negative and do not treat their employees nicely. They misbehave with their employees. Exposurewise, it's also a worst place. They will give you a hell lot matters relating to IBBI and ICAI which is really not relevant for a lawyers career.

Extremely professional organization. You are encouraged to learn and grow. I started as a fresher and whatever I am today is because what I learnt here. Salaries are best in the industry. Employees are treated like family. During covid and lockdown when everyone was terminating their employees here all employees go full salaries. Any problem you face -professional or personal it is taken care of.

I was very happy working with Mr. Ashish Makhija. The culture was very positive and transparent and everyone was open to new ideas and suggestions. There were lots of opportunities for growth at Amc law firm.
