Job security is there but worst work culture. After joining this company you have to believe yourself that you have been positioned in Hell. Dont join this company as there is no work life balance... You might get to sleep for only 6 hours and from morning VC call to late night calls. Worst culture in any cement company.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
