Dusty environment to work in factory sites. Except execution team all other departments have good work life balance. Company policies and benifits are good with fair mediclaim policy but growth and appraisals are below expectation. Bonus depends on individual factory performance and MTBF.

All plants are at remote locations, culture is lala types. Your salary is so low that you cannot afford to do anything. You can often see managers smoking is plant that is prohibited and no one can say anything because they are kids of thermal plant managers (flyash suppliers)

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
