Work- You have to deal with like everything. All technical team work as a Sales person and Technical person as well as. They want direct sales by you(Individual). Work Environment- If you are a Technical person, then you have to obey everything as asked by Sales(Even he can be your junior Sales person). Pressure are on extreme. Salary & Expenses- They will provide you salary on 1-2 weeks of next month. And expenses on 4th week of next month. Learning- It can be a Pre-Sales training for you. But nothing about technical. Company culture- Only sales Culture. It can be a big mistake in your life. Holiday and Leave- No holiday, no Sunday. Forgot about this words. Leave can be guaranteed on 'No work, No salary'. Work life is extreme. Working hours can be 8am to 11pm. And minimum 9-10hrs. And they are not satisfied with this.
