There is no good atmosphere to work there and have no work culture and no management.

Dislikes

In that company there are some good things but when you are fresher or experience the company members doesn't care about that and manipulate you.

Work Details

Bad behaviour of high positions person. Very bad behaviour of assistance manager and the team leader.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
