Culture of the company is disastrous. In the early years you will not be given any responsibility, you will be roaming around like nobody, no training will be provided, only false promise's. overall management intentionally waste your time so that when you think about to switch the company,U can't because u won't get enough knowledge as u are supposed to be for time u wasted in the company.
