Everything Working time 9:30 to 6:30 but you can't leave at 6:30. You need to work extra 1 hour. And you will not pay for that. You can't you mobile. Management team not supportive.

Very Nice place to work and to develop our skills and talent.Here we always get a chance to do new things and also seniors are very supportive and very well trained they dont hesitate to give knowledge to juniors. Overall i like this company.

I LEARNT SO MANY THINGS OR HERE WE CAN DO MULTIPLE TASK WHICH IS GET GOOD EXPERIENCE AND I HAVE TRAVELED ALL OVER INDIA AND NEPAL AND MET DIFFERENT TYPES OF CLIENT AND FACE DIFFERENT DIFFERENT PROBLEM AND RESOLVED IT. MY COLLEAGUES ARE VERY GOOD AND HELP ME A LOT. ALL OVER I GOT BEST EXPERIENCE.

Terrible Work Life Balance Unlimited amount of Work Paycuts for being late No PF unless you are on role (off who wants to?) Illegal Bonds and service agreement to force you to stay with the company. Unethical HR practices, labour law violations and safety violations. They only care about making money, you don't matter.

From the start of the day, they expect you to come right on time i.e. 9.30 AM. Anything more than 9:40 AM, thrice, strikes a half day on your attendance which is to be maintained by your on a monthly employee card. From your entry to the exit, Every moment tracking on employee is a daily routine. Talking to your colleagues? expect acall from the manager soon. Repetitive tasks that exhausts you to the day end. The atmosphere and the environment makes you sick within a month. You get a 30 min break for lunch and you need to finish up in 30 mins. They expect you to work late and literally pay you nothing for it. They serve tea in the morning and evening which tastes worst then warm sugared water. The management looks at ways to cut your wages if you take leaves and at the same time restrict you from taking leaves. The entire management is screwing employees over mistakes made by themselves.
