Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?

In Amberex you can learn more and once you can learn you get good appraisal, in garment industry always we have to compromise with family as in garment industry there will be a morning office time but not leaving time so we have to compromise with some family activities
