Only thing to like is that Owner and Rajeev Sir is supporting and listener to your problems. But rest of all the staffs and authorities are terrible

Most terrible thing is they will hold the payment and There no OT for extra work even they deduct payment for the leave

This company offers a better opportunity for personal growth and skill development with better working environment with reliable teammates, and provide enough support to perform better with sufficient living facilities.

Dislikes

There was an issue with local community but that was also helpful to learn how to deal in unfavorable situation of work. It helps to manage the work under critical situations.

Work Details

I was working there as a site in charge for fabrication and scaffolding teams by managing 40-45 persons on that running site.
