The work culture in ATS AMZL is really not acceptable. Managers, senior managers(TM) are the political game players. wanted to do all the cheap work from their subordinates (team leads) , no respect at all. HRBP are the worst people I've seen. Zero connect with the people. They are in the pocket of the managers. In a simple words if you do "*licking*" your having a great future ahead or get ready to be on DP and be removed from the system. The only thing i like about working in ATS is the pay. We get overtime which totally depends on the manager.

ATS gives the whole power to the Manager which is wrong in someways. My manager usually give me both 4am-2pm and 2pm-12am shifts in a week. Which affect my mental peace and my sleeping patterns changes every single day. He also talk to us rudely and also ask to pick the shipments and lift the boxes.
