Dislikes

Leadership will care about you until they feel you are valuable to them directly once they feel someone else better for their work. They will keep that individual aside for the career growth.

Very High amount of Pressure. Demands heavy work and time from you comparing with the Salary we get. No polocies on Promotion for experience guys like when military veterans with experience joins Amazon for their corporate role are not valued. Very High work load. Enforced entertainment is sick.
