I must say lots of politics is happening. Employee only get hope from the leadership/seniors. They only recruit person with whom they have connection. Because of that company loose correct candidate who is actually deserve the role. Thats how leadership treat contract based employee.

Work life is good though have feel struggle in beginning. After understanding of work pettern and policies work load get lower and work Efficiency getting faster.
