The work life balance varies from department to department As I belong to operations. The current condition is not at all good. You have very competitive environment. And they have the culture to eliminate at least one people who is lower performer.

It is good to work in Amazon as a girl and a boy can work together. The security of Amazon is very good and the temperature there is also good.

There is a lot of work pressure in the Amazon warehouse and our PA, RA, manager make the associates do a lot of work for their promotion and threaten the associates with termination from the warehouse and many old The associate has also been terminated and the HR people of the warehouse also do not say anything. The team. Especially our TL she is insane and torturing us like anything. Professionally she is failing to point out so personally poking us like hell. Kindly take an action against her. Giving promotions to undergraduates and they are ruling over graduates and talented agents. Because of her most of the agents are planning to quit the job.
