First they recruit you on email support and as the time goes on they will put you on calls it is so called "upskill" this is when the torture begins, you have to receive calls from the seller and he will ask multiple questions on call and you have to answer each one and after the call ends you have to send a mail to the seller aboutthe conversation you had this is not only it you have to annotate what seller asked and what research you did on the case. Once the seller disconnects you will have 2 min to send the email to the seller. Most of the times you will get continuous calls or back to back calls with a 2 min break. The worst part is that Customer obsession is just a motto and nobody cares about that inside Amazon. Management or audits will only concentrate on what the associate did wrong and they never concentrate on the issues faced by the sellers. If you cannot solve the issue you have an option to raise an andon and ask for help but again they will mark that as controllable andon and they give the reasom Associate doesn' t know the process. Also as a seller support associate you will work on need to know basis even if you are on call, they don't give you acccess to all the information and most of the times you will tell the seller the same information which he already knows and then the sellers get irated and start abusing. There is no protection from those type of sellers. In some cases you will need to raise a ticket and the tickec gets resolved saying that associate has not provided enoigh information eve though you have provided everything and mamagement makes sure they mark you down for thus. Relating to the same sometimes the ticked raised won't get resolved for over a month and management just doesn' t care about that. You have to work on weekends and they tell you the shift will be changed after 3 months but nothing happens you will remain in the same time zone, they will vary only 2 hours when compared to you previous shift....Read More
Dislikes
Working on weekends, no extra benefits of you work on weekends, no benefits for being a call assocuate, the management wants to make sure you get depressed and the leave the job so that they can save money from giving increment. Nobody will help you and nobody is there to hear your problems.
