Its a good company for beginners, at the beginning you feel really amazed once you are actually into it you get bored as work here is monotonous and there is a lot of pressure from management. Management don't really cares about work life balance they make simple things complicated. Amazon provides best benefits to its employees you'll get best insurance.

Hello all, I am having difficulty connecting with people for jobs, have applied at Amazon, Deloitte, Wells Fargo, CITI etc via career page but it's been months and no response. And can't find much on Linkedin. I would really appreciate it if you guys can share any consultancy numbers based in Mumbai or their emails or if you can let me know about any vacancies in your company. I have worked in Icogz for 1 year 10 months as a Junior Python Developer, then I am recently working in Network Tech Lab as Software Engineer (Python) for 6 months. I have a total of 2.4 years of experience. My current CTC is 3 lpa. Complete graduation From Viva College Mumbai University. I live in Mumbai.( If that helps?)

Salary on time work from home leaves

Dislikes

They do not convert people from Contractual role. Even after your performance is top-notch. The company only hire at seasonal role for Max 2 years with no pay raise.

Amazon give opportunity to freshers as well as given life at pandemic situations

Basically contract matter, so that there is no job security they have to search again new jobs they were in confused state that job extended Or not
