work life balance and work culture is great . but career growth is very limited with all the hard work put .

job security is there only and until you are maintaining your metrics .metrics is the key to career growth . being customer centric , they have imposed multiple metrics which becomes difficult for a person to handle and gives u a smaller room to think about your career growth
