I have been employed with Amazon for more than 5 years now. This was my second stint at the company after a gap of 3 months. One things I should say is that Amazon is simply like no other. It helps you and supports you in unthinkable ways. During this pandemic, when a majority of the organizations are cutting down on their Human resources, Amazon is doing the exact opposite. Starting from enormous hiring on various positions and departments to providing additional benefits owing to this pandemic situation, it is simply earning employee trust which , in turn, is ensuring loyalty towards the organization.
