Company has a huge scope to advance much in terms of technical aspects and usage of latest techniques in manufacturing and supply chain. The salary structure has obsolete terms and conditions due to this reduction in take home salary.

As an off role employee, work load is distributed to all the site team and site accommodation, conveyance, allowances provided by the company. Overall the company is excellent for On role employees.

Dislikes

There is no job security for Off role employee. Company shows the partiality between on role and off role employees. From the general manager cadre to site incharge (on role employees) involve in employe's PERSONAL MATERS at sites. There is no growth for the off role Employees even if you work for 5 years or 10 years. More internal politics in the Projects team. Most of the on role employees at site projects are corrupted with management support. Projects delayed due to negligence of Top management and poor coordination with clients....Read More
