the situation on kalyan site is terrible, we have to work 12hrs.if u wanna go outside the site ask to pm,he is like warden of hostel.PM is blaming every mistakes on site staff not fight with Client team. Some time HO teams plays politics, blame game. This is the biggest draw back in this organisation. if it is rectified then things will be in positive on further coming days.
