Job will be secure for on roll employees.Other benefits are good.hygiene and tasty food in their cafeteria on subsidiary base.

Dislikes

Conversations between the co-workers and colleagues will be informal ... Pressurised work.can not do hard work anywhere rather than smart work.superiors and management will suspect other persons rumours easily.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
