Promotions is night mare for eligible candidates also, always they say many people in que for promotion...let's see. And if you reach target... They ask for marketing activities, trainings... Even you do that...ask something else.. Company will squeeze you like anything... If you want to join.. negotiate good salary with HR...after joining will not get good increment every year
