Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

The people who came from out of country as a guest .

No to suggest work anyone there, because of work culture, Manager are not respecting the staff , targeting staff according to there needs. Specially Hotel Manger Ritesh Mudgal , and Spa manger Dr Anup Krishnan very poor minded and sick they try to full there needs from staff other wise they forced to leave the job . They Haresh by mentally and physically
