managment is not good they never understand the employee personal problem and they always support thei relatives who working in company and always gave increament on based on relastionship with managment like brothers and all,they never gave the increament by on our experince and working skill. overall managment is not good in delhi team.

Upper management (SVP) is mindless and don't know how to manage team members. Also double standard, in October 2022 they said that all contractual employees will get on-roll but till now (August 2023) they are on contract
