Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

There is nothing there to like. Most 3rd class and worst company. Fraud company. Doing fraud with their clients. Giving them data of chatgpt and charging them a lot.

1.The work culture is very bad. 2. The company atmosphere is not good. 3. HR of the company is partial. 4. The CEO and MD of the company uses abusive words with the employees during meetings. 5. MD forces employee for target. He frequently come to you and ask for target completion. 6. No any bonus and appraisal for your performance.7. Incentive is less than your pocket money. 8. The work culture is literally 3rd class. They exploit the freshers and don't pay worthy to them. 9. Do not recommend to freshers. 10. Gender inequality. 11. Partiality is at the peak. If you are not friend or family with the HR, you will face difficulties while taking leaves and documents. 12. Training period they ask for 3 months. But they increase it upto 1 year. 13. You can't take your own leaves even if your probation period is over. 14. The premises of the company is very dirty. No special arrangements for your dinner and lunch. 15. No overtime pay. 16. NO BONUS, NO GIFTS,NO FUNCTIONS,NO ALLOWANCES .... NOTHING!...Read More
