Work is over all OK but there is politics going on there in the company which means they want a person which belongs from their area or their caste or their language speaking person. So it means if u went in that team then they will give bad report of you. And one more bad is that they have a policy of hiring person on 7 days probation period which means they can directly through any person in that 7 days. But even if you know work but with you bad luck you went in that partial team then they will give bad report of you and you will be terminated. How's Is possible a person is leaving a permanent job of him to join you and you are terminating him. Then where should he go now? And one more thing which I didn't Luke about the company is the timing and holidays of company. They have holiday on Friday and alternative Saturday only for permanent employee and not sub contractor. And they work timing is 8-6. So basically which means they should give 2 days of holiday in a week which they are not giving. At least they should reduce the working hours from 8-6 to 8-5....Read More
