No Job security, US team domination, no strong/good leaders in Hyd office, no process, lot od adhoc work, very ineffective appraisal process, no hikes, no recognition, Many cross functional teams involved in project executions but no one takes accountability or responsible for the work deliverables, only project mgmt/delivery team burns out and takes the burden

Not a good place to work. There is so much of talent but productivity is low because of bad leadership team.

Leadership team needs to improve tremendously . There is lot of scope for the Product in US market but they still work under client pressure and keep making bad decisions in Product management
