Very poor system and management. Their PGP tests are not fair and they will simply send you our with out paying salary.

Dislikes

They will inform that the work is only average but once you start working they won't even give proper breaks also! The login time calculation some time is inaccurate.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. No salary increament policy for L1. Leave need to inform by email 2 week before. Only 10% salary increament after IJP. Which may take more than 3 months. Without giving any position on paper getting work done for RTQM, TL, QA. Not having a good cafeteria, washroom. No incentive to be created on time. No transportation facility.

The Assistant Manager Qodesh Johnson he has a very bad eyes towards girls, totally unsafe for them to work under him.. Environment is not also good at all.
