No Words to excess about my previous Organisation. Due to COVID I haven’t seen any appraisal for almost 1.5 Years. All I got from ATPL was 80% Salary while I was Working from Home despite Working for 10 - 12 hrs. After 2.5 Years I got an appraisal letter with 2% hike after struggling for 8 more months. Team Lead package would be aro und 12.5K Advisor package is around 13.5K Advisor will get more salary compare to team lead. Apart from Work load and stress U would not get any benefit trust me....Read More
