For a Freshers It's a good company to take 1 year experience, No targets No pressure Good support from TL's for MO-C0 process Collection department

Dislikes

Less salary No leave on Sunday No incentives No growth

Work Details

I started my career as a Process Associate in Altruist company, I worked for the postpaid bill for Airtel mobility it's completely for collection department, Here my role is to produce 65% PTP(Promise to pay) with 140 contacts it's an easy task to complet

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)
