Decent pay and work-life balance

I used to work in the Originations Unit. All BU have their own culture and unluckily mine was typical Indian 'Boss Subordinate culture' and do not promote an open exchange of ideas. I had more than 10 years of service but I was thrown out without any notice while I had put in my best every hour I worked there.
