Company is Average. But depends on process to process. Earning potential for different processes r different. Shift & Offs r good. Sat & Sunday Fixed off. Management is also ok.

Dislikes

Lay offs happen. They remove even management level people. Recently there ratings has dropped drastically.

Been there for less time but the experience was amazing, not only operations management is good but also higher management is employee centric and they really look forward to keep employees at ease and away from work pressure.
