1. People looking for genuine growth with managers support and guidance don't join here. Managers attitude is "you will be okay until you work according to them else Don't know you at all they will put you under the bus anytime". 2. Performance Review is namesake to show your failure only HR is let down, employee themself do more HR job than HR themself... Complete failure I would say plus should bare with their cold attitude. 3. Even if you are not assigned work neither Manager nor HR is bothered only they will react if you yourself flag but the response would be you are incapable of doing your job and will be transferred to role which is neither matching your profile nor they will discuss with you. 4. Most important if you don't have choice other than joining company always ask for job description in written even get it signed by reporting manager as role what you get is entirely different than your experience ex in case you go to HR on role explanation reply will be "you should even be ready to take printout for your manager" 5. Let down for women employee as they will be sidelined for growth by commenting "You will not be available after working hours" or Will give work exactly at 6 PM or will ask to stay beyond working hours to give some update. If you resist be ready for constant comment in every team meetings by making them feel guilty for giving priority for personal commitment after working hours. Harrasment of employees by savli site MD in public and personal comments with forcing them to work in Saturdays and Sundays With daily working 12 -15 hrs per day. Also no capable managers passing on the workload to next level with blaming character.

No work life balance, micromanagement, inefficient managers at top level who always try to hide their inefficiency by shifting the blame to their team members. People are asked to work post office hours and even on weekend. Complicated tools and system and too much of manual work. Since the company is running into losses so they arelaying off people by putting them into PIP or by shifting them into a department which is nowhere linked to their education and can derail one's career. No job security. Hike is around 5%. Variable pay on an average is 60%. Too much internal politics and favoritism. Managers here have a good work life balance. They will log off at 5pm, are allowed to take maximum wfh but team members are asked to sit till late in office and come daily. Worst company ever....Read More

I will personally suggest you to never ever join this organization if you want a good carrier ahead, because the management people over hear are only to spoil your carrier if you once open up your mouth even though its for the wellbeing of the organization or project.

No work-life balance as higher management will ask you to stay late night to mitigate there expectation. No job security as any point of time they may ask you to leave the organization showing there failure on your shoulder. Did not ever expect the work satisfaction or progress in your skill.
