1. Flexible Timing. (exceptions*) 2. Normal work load. 3. Good environment. 4. helping people. (there are always few who are not nice) 5. Free lunch friday, due to covid not availing.

1. Work-life sucks! we need to do meetings after working hours, because we have to discuss with US team. 2. I have to work in different dipartments, so I have worked on different process, but we have to do the same type of work everyday, open laptop, work, meeting, eat, sleep. again work. 3. Salary is decent, but they gave good bonus on Diwali and Year end. still which is useless for career growth as we are growing out value (net salary). 4. growth is a little slow. 5.
