The most bad thing about Alshaya is that , Some of the Arab National who is on higher position they think Alshaya is their fathers company & they harass the lower grade employees to extent that most of them resign . They don’t approve their holidays payment as to fill there own pocket by showing the company profit by cutting the lower grade employees payments. The most bad thing is that no one knows The higher authority that these things are going on in Alshaya company on ground level & due to these things many loyal & experience employees are leaving the company which is a big loss for Alshaya on a long run....Read More

There was no feedback from the manager to grow only they talk about it on Appraisal time just to get rid of appraisal. My last appraisal was disaster because of my line manager his name is Ruel Machuto. He does not have experience in store appraisal from last 10 years. My Manager Nikita put me on IDP to grow in September 2023. After that new manager Ruel came in three month he did not give any feedback that what was his expectation from me however he asked some other Store Manager as well how he can fire me from the company. He entered bad Appraisal in the system. He was in the store last three month from sept 2023 to dec 2023. How he can give bad rating for the whole year. I served Alshaya from last 14 years end of the day I never got sick leave unnecessary in that much years. I did not have argument with any manager, I was the the first candidate in HFD to pass Grow with us program. I love Alshaya because it is a Accademy to learn however some of the managers taking personally and making people to struggle in the life like me because I have given my 14 years in Alshaya company abundant me.
