Very good company and my self learned a lot during my 8yrs tenure not only me so many HSEOs got good opportunities through ALSA experience . i left the job due to family issues now i am ready if ALSA give a chance without asking i am ready to join. Because whatever i am to day is that total credit goes to ALSA. There was a lot of sweet memories with ALSA.

The increments its totally partiality especially regional feeling if i am a Malayali ill will get good amount of increment . But i heard that new management kick out all corrupted staff. Especially top order.

THEY DIDNT PAY ME SALARY ON TIME AND LAST 6 MONTH SALARY GOT AFTER 2 YEARS.STILL I HAVE COURT CASE WITH THEM FOR BENEFITS PAY.STILL PENDING IN COURT.
